Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation of your registration can be done by writing an email to the conference secretariat at [email protected] clearly stating your registration number in the subject line. The email will have to be sent from the email address you used while registering."
- Please note:
- Cancellation before 31/05/2023 will attract a cancellation fee of 25% of gross registration value (excluding GST)
- All cancellations done between 1/06/2023 to 07/06/2023 will attract a cancellation fee of 50% of gross registration value (excluding GST)
- All cancellations done between 07/06/2023 to 14/06/2023 will attract a cancellation fee of 75% of gross registration value (excluding GST)
- All cancellations done post 14/06/2023 will be non-refundable
- All refunds will be processed within 6 weeks of the completion of the conference
- Time stamp of email will be considered as official date of cancellation request
- GST value is non-refundable for any type of cancellation
Terms & Conditions
- Conference registration is mandatory for all
- GST is subject to change as and when applicable
- GST amount is non-refundable in any circumstances
- For any card payment additional fee will be charged as per the bank policy
- Refund includes only the registration base amount and does not include GST & card payment charges
- Photo ID is mandatory for all Delegates for Security Reasons to enter the Conference Area
- Registration is non transferable
- PG Students to submit letter from HOD - Head of Department / Institute
- All Remittance / Bank Charges / online transaction fees to be paid by the delegate
- For spot registrations, Delegate kit will be provided subject to availability
- To collect the delegate kit bag the delegate has to present the delegate badge & it would be handed over only to the registered delegate.
- Organizer will not be responsible for any date change of the conference
- Trade category registration is non refundable & non transferable.
- PG Students should submit the bonafide certificate from Head of the Department/Institution along with Registration form
- Senior citizens need to submit their age proof
- Physical Registration cannot be converted to virtual registration. It will have to be cancelled as per the cancellation policy.
- In case the conference is cancelled due to COVID-19 related circumstances, dates will be rescheduled. In case the new dates are not suitable, no cancellation fee will be charged on gross amount (excluding GST & Card payment charges)
