Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation of your registration can be done by writing an email to the conference secretariat at [email protected] clearly stating your registration number in the subject line. The email will have to be sent from the email address you used while registering.
  • Please note:
  • Cancellation before 31/05/2025 will attract a cancellation fee of 25% of gross registration value (excluding GST)
  • All cancellations done between 1/06/2025 to 07/06/2025 will attract a cancellation fee of 50% of gross registration value (excluding GST)
  • All cancellations done between 07/06/2025 to 14/06/2025 will attract a cancellation fee of 75% of gross registration value (excluding GST)
  • All cancellations done post 14/06/2025 will be non-refundable
  • All refunds will be processed within 6 weeks of the completion of the conference
  • Time stamp of email will be considered as official date of cancellation request
  • GST value is non-refundable for any type of cancellation

Terms & Conditions

  • Organizing Committee reserves the right to refuse entry without reason, which will be exercised for conference disruption or any unauthorized entry.
  • Conference registration is mandatory for all.
  • GST is subject to change as and when applicable.
  • GST amount is non-refundable in any circumstances.
  • For any card payment, additional fee will be charged as per the bank policy.
  • Refund includes only the registration base amount and does not include GST & card payment charges.
  • Photo ID is mandatory for all Delegates for Security Reasons to enter the Conference Area.
  • Registration is non-transferable.
  • PG Students to submit a letter from HOD - Head of Department / Institute.
  • All Remittance / Bank Charges / online transaction fees to be paid by the delegate.
  • For spot registrations, the Delegate kit will be provided subject to availability.
  • To collect the delegate kit bag, the delegate has to present the delegate badge & it would be handed over only to the registered delegate.
  • Organizer will not be responsible for any date change of the conference.
  • Trade category registration is non-refundable & non-transferable.
  • PG Students should submit the bonafide certificate from Head of the Department/Institution along with Registration form.
  • Senior citizens need to submit their age proof.
  • Physical Registration cannot be converted to virtual registration. It will have to be canceled as per the cancellation policy.
